Is Brand Therapy actual mental-health therapy?
No. Brand Therapy is not counseling or mental-health treatment. It is Journae’s signature brand-strategy framework for exploring the experiences, fears, communication patterns, and business challenges affecting how an entrepreneur presents their brand.
Which service should I choose?
Choose Brand Therapy if you need clarity. Choose a Content Day if you need help creating content. Apply for Social Media Management if you need ongoing execution and consistency.
Do I need Brand Therapy before booking a Content Day?
A strategy component is included with every Content Day. Clients who need deeper clarity may be advised to complete the full Brand Therapy Intensive first.
What is the difference between a Virtual and In-Person Content Day?
The Virtual Content Day allows Journae to direct you remotely while you record using your own space and equipment. The In-Person Content Day includes hands-on direction, location planning, B-roll production, professional editing, and a more immersive content experience.
Will you post the content for me?
Posting is included in Social Media Management. Content Day clients receive their content and posting calendar unless management is added.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment options may be available for qualifying services. The required deposit must be paid before planning begins.
How quickly will I receive my content?
Your delivery timeline will be confirmed in your proposal before booking.
